A Synchronized Christmas Light Display With 50,000 Lights in Livonia, Michigan
Livonia Lights is an elaborate synchronized Christmas light display in Livonia, Michigan (near Detroit), dedicated to celebrating the true meaning of Christmas, the birth of Christ.
The 2014 display has Dudley the “talking dog”, a lit cross 30 feet above the ground, a special effects grid (with 1,200 lights that can be set to any color, which required approx. 120 hours to complete), music synchronized to 1/50 of a second, a mega tree and much more!
The display has been featured on the Detroit Free Press, Channel 4, Channel 7 and other media outlets throughout Southeast Michigan.
The 2014 display is up & running through January 1st. Hours of operation: 5:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday; 5:30 – 11 p.m. Fri / Sat.
